Kim was born and raised in southeast Michigan and relocated to the Indianapolis area in 2007. After being a stay at home parent for over 16 years, Kim knew that homes and mortgage lending were her passion. She understands that your home is not just your house , but that it is the single biggest investment you will have in your life.

As a homeowner herself and having been through the mortgage process, Kim is passionate about providing a personal experience that is stellar for all her clients. She strives to offer you a complete and proficient experience through the individual attention she provides.

In her free time, Kim is a busy mom to a high schooler and college student and she can routinely be found on a local youth or college soccer sideline cheering her kids on, alongside her husband of over 20 years.
